Since arriving in France, morgan and I have used our extra time to explore bread making. Yesterday we tried Moro's wet bread for the second time, and we love the results. Its a simple recipe, which just uses dry yeast, but turns out similar to a sourdough. Its super tasty, and well worth giving it a go.
