I want to be by the seaside

We have left Paris' busy roads and have come to Brittany, the west side of France to spend three days in a small sleepy sea side town called Douarnenez. This part of France is actually where part of my family tree begins. So to come here and sea the maritime lifestyle is really cool. Brittany is to France what Ireland or Wales is to the UK, they are kind of affiliated but very much their own region. Not to mention the rolling green hills by the water. We have enjoyed the past few days exploring small streets, eating lots of fresh fish and living life with a little bit less rapidity. This region of France is where the stripy shirts/jumpers come from which Coco Chanel made famous.
