On our way to Glasgow we stopped to stay a night at one of Kims old friends from Melbourne. They live in a small sea side town and hour north of Glasgow and even drove us in to spend the day in Glasgow. It was so nice to spend time with Eliza and her husband Tim and learn about Scotland, beer, whisky, folk music and share our many stories of travel. Our highlight, sitting in an old pub lounge listening to 6 or more old and young Scots playing traditional folk music.
