red carnations

For the last few weeks I have been tempted by the fresh cut flowers at my regular markets, and this week I gave in and came home with these beautiful red carnations. I don't often treat myself to things, but when I do I love how much simple joy I get out of them.

I thought I would share a little of that joy with you
